Specialising in the Four Month Sleep Regression and your baby’s sleep needs across the first year, my own journey with my children’s sleep sparked my drive to help families like yours reclaim the rest you need. From a stressful NICU stay with my firstborn to seven months of sleep struggles with my second, I understand the importance of quality sleep.

Your Sleep Questionnaire

Once you’ve booked your sleep support, you’ll receive an email from me with a link to your Sleep Assessment Questionnaire. Your answers will provide valuable insights into your baby’s sleep habits and routines, setting the stage for our upcoming consultation.

Step 2:

Your Custom Sleep Plan - Let's Do This!

I’ll create a custom sleep plan tailored to your family’s needs and send it to you within 48 hours of receiving your questionnaire. Along with the plan, you’ll receive supporting documents and a 14-day sleep log to help us track your progress together.

Step 3:

Our First Phone Call Together

I will get in touch with you via email to arrange a convenient time for our first chat. This call is where we’ll connect, discuss your sleep concerns in detail, and develop a plan that fits seamlessly with your family’s lifestyle.

Step 4:

Your Ongoing Support & TLC

For the next two weeks, you’ll receive daily email support (Monday to Friday) to review progress and address any concerns. What can I expect from a consult and sleep support with Settled Sleep Co?

A Sleep Consultant who genuinely cares about you and your child.


My approach is caring and holistic, covering all aspects that may be impacting your child’s sleep. I work 1:1 individually with families, providing personalised recommendations and responsive sleep strategies that consider your family’s dynamics, sleep goals, and specific situation.


I understand that sleep support is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Your parenting style, your child’s unique personality and temperament are essential factors I consider when developing a plan and providing support. Throughout the process, I will be there to guide and support you, helping you to implement your preferred methods and work alongside you to help you to achieve your sleep goals.


Being a mother myself, I deeply understand the impact of sleep deprivation on a child, a parent, a relationship, and the entire family.

At Settled Sleep Co, my aim is to empower you through information and support, while maintaining a gentle and loving approach.

Do you use the Cry It Out method?

Absolutely not.


Gentle and responsive settling methods, which also maintain and support your loving connection with your child, are my personal preference when it comes to assisting you with your child’s sleep. I firmly believe in the effectiveness of these methods and the positive impact they can have on your little one’s sleep.


I also deeply understand and respect each client’s individual preferences and desires as a parent. It’s important to me to honour your unique approach to parenting and sleep support. However, I want to be transparent and emphasise that I will never recommend or support the use of the extinction method, where you leave your little one alone in their sleep space until morning.


As your Sleep Consultant, I am here to listen attentively and work closely with you, taking into account your specific goals and wishes. I deeply appreciate and prioritise the importance of the parent-child connection, as it is a fundamental aspect of my approach.


Rest assured, I will provide guidance and support to help you implement these gentle and responsive methods, promoting healthy sleep habits while maintaining a loving and supportive connection with your child. By embracing these techniques, we can ensure that your child feels safe, comforted, and supported throughout their sleep journey.

Will my baby cry?

I want to assure you that when we introduce new ways for your little one to fall asleep, it’s completely normal for some tears to arise as a natural response to change. Babies use crying as a way to communicate with us, and our aim will be to support your child through these adjustments and minimise tears wherever possible, another reason I particularly appreciate gentle approaches!


All of the settling strategies I recommend take into account your child’s temperament, age, and your parenting style. As a sleep consultant, I acknowledge that tears may occur when transitioning the way your baby falls asleep, as it is a natural part of their protest against change. Nevertheless, I strive to minimise tears through supportive methods.


How long will it take?

You’ll be happy to know that typically, clients start seeing significant improvements within just 3-5 days of implementing a new settling technique that suits your little one.


The key is for you to be ready 100% ready to bring about the new changes and to stick to them consistently. When it comes to night sleep, it may take about 2 weeks to see long-term results, and for daytime naps, it might take around 2-3 weeks.


Remember, every child is different, so the time frame may vary based on the strategies you use and how your child responds. If you ever feel like you need to make adjustments along the way, I’ll be right here to support you and guide you through it.

Will I need to be home all day, every day during our support?

I do find that when parents limit their commitments during the first two weeks while we focus on improving your little one’s sleep, it tends to bring better and more consistent results. As a Mum myself, I completely understand that life is busy and sometimes you can’t stay home all the time!


Ideally, it’s best to be at home during the two weeks, especially around midday. However, in the routine I’ll provide you, there are some opportunities for naps on the go.


So even as we work on establishing a better nap schedule, you’ll still have chances to leave the house without undoing all the progress you’ve made.

Will I need to stop breastfeeding?

100% NO… definitely not!!!


The only time the breastfeeding journey should come to an end is when a mother personally makes that choice to do so, regardless of the reason why.


Breastfeeding is a very personal thing and I fully support any way in which a mother chooses to feed their little one. Sleep coaching does not mean you will need to stop breastfeeding.

What is the best age to book sleep support to sleep coach?

I recommend waiting until your baby is closer to four months old before booking sleep support with a sleep coach, as most babies start to develop the ability to initiate sleep on their own from around that age.


If you have a newborn, I have a special sleep support package designed especially for you. My Newborn Package is perfect for helping you navigate the challenging fourth trimester. I will provide you with the knowledge and guidance to establish great sleep habits right from the beginning, setting my your little one up with healthy sleep from the start.


No matter how old your child is, Settled Sleep Co can help improve their sleep habits. My approach is flexible and adjusts to what is most suitable for your baby’s age and stage of development. I understand that every baby and parent is unique, and I am here to support you.

What happens if my child becomes unwell?

If your little one becomes unwell during the sleep support process, then I would need to put your plan on hold until your child was well enough to continue.


Having an unwell child is stressful for both of you, so lessen the stress in knowing that you will have 4 weeks from the start date of your sleep support commencing to pick up where we left off.
